Physical matting agent for exterior powder coatings T-301
1.Description
T-301 is a chemical modified and wax based matting agent designed for applying in exterior powder coatings to provide semi-gloss of 30-60%.This chemical system have excellent flow、 matting effects、good durability、non-yellowing。Compared with similar products, T-301 have less smoke、higher film hardness、good DOI 、anti-yellowing and stable gloss.

4.Characteristics:
①The dosage of T-301 is 1-3% in the formulation, preferred 2%. More matting agent added in, gloss reduction not obvious but affect the mechanical performance of film.
②T-301 combined with different polyester get gloss deviation, normally use polyester has lower reactivity, the finish gloss lower.Eg,( UCB441、 DSM4900、YE-7880、YZ9803、SJ4ET、ZF9336)
③This product could be used in two components matting system for exterior application, get lower gloss and excellent appearance.
5.Package and storage:
Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags, Net weight 20kg per bag. Store in cool and dry place to avoid moisture. According to our experience, the shelf life of this product is at least 2 years when ambient temperature below 30 ℃.
